ROCKGILLA beef is predominately Limousin Cross and is produced on our properties in North-East Victoria, enabling us to have it delivered to you within 2-3 weeks of payment.
Most of the beef produced comes from Murray River Flats and Irrigated Pasture and are milk vealers on their mothers to an age of 10-12 months. Some animals are supplementary fed with grain and hay during the winter months to ensure our Premium quality standards are maintained.
